• Determining baseline measured criteria for current internal processes, timing, and efficiencies and then improving them annually
• Removing wasted or non-value added steps and time in our processes where feasible
• Selecting new product producing equipment when needed, with maintainability and ease of set-up in mind
The entire ERIN INDUSTRIES team will adhere to the spirit and intent of this organization’s Quality Policy, as well as the directives of this Quality Manual and its supporting Quality Management System documentation. ERIN INDUSTRIES, INC. will continue to aggressively strive to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved at all times, and in all things.
ERIN INDUSTRIES, INC. makes our Quality Policy visible in many areas throughout our manufacturing facility. Employees are consistently reminded of the goals and objectives stated in the policy visually. The tracking and reporting of various measures and improvement projects also reminds employees throughout the company of the goals and objectives stated in the Quality Policy. We also hold company wide meetings to discuss the adherence of ERIN INDUSTRIES, INC. to our stated goals and objectives.
